Foix dy Gura (FOY) was a cousin of the March dy Palliar and the younger brother of Ferda. He was an officer-dedicat of the Daughter’s Order. While injured after the battle to retake Gotorget, he served as a clerk to Chancellor dy Cazaril. In the events of Paladin of Souls, Foix was sent with Ferda to serve as Royina Ista's escort on her pilgrimage. He contracted a demon which until that time had been riding a bear, and developed into a sorcerer when he learned to control it.
Foix was broad and muscular, and shorter than Ferda.
